Almond Hot Chocolate with Jasmine Whipped Cream
Rich, velvety, and nutty with a floral jasmine cloud on top. The hot chocolate you curl up with when the world outside can wait.
Ingredients
Hot Chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 tbsp melting chocolate
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Jasmine Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp jasmine powder (or infuse cream with jasmine tea the day before)

Combine milk, heavy cream, and chocolate in a pot over medium heat.

Stir until melted and velvety smooth. Add almond extract.

Whip cream with jasmine powder until fluffy.

Pour into your favourite mug and top with jasmine whipped cream.
