Earl Grey Creme Brulee Latte

A silky earl grey latte layered with custard cream and a torched sugar crust. Fancy enough for a treat-yourself afternoon.

Method

  1. 1 Steep 3 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. 2 Whisk together heavy cream, milk, and maple syrup until thickened. Fold in the prepared custard until smooth.
  3. 3 Add custard to the bottom of your glass, then add ice, milk, and brewed Earl Grey tea.
  4. 4 Top with custard cream.
  5. 5 Sprinkle sugar over the top and torch until golden and crispy.
  6. 6 Enjoy immediately!
